Be a supporter at HKICF 2026 Signature Concerts
活動簡介: 香港校際合唱節於 2026 年 1 月至 2 月將舉行 4 場專場音樂會，我們會邀請 13 隊表現優秀的中、小學合唱團、5 隊社區合唱團，以及 1 隊年席客席合唱團演出，為表演出色的合唱團帶來更多演出機會，增強學生的自信，豐富表演經驗，手為社會帶來高水準的合唱音樂會，增加公眾認同。我們的媒體伙伴香港港台將會轉播部分音樂會。
義工角色：
1、合唱團助手：按活動演出流程引導演出合唱團隊伍。包括：到達、舞台排練、午休、表演和離場。
2. 前台助手：負責前台事務的聯絡，例如解答觀眾查詢、人流控制等
3. 票務助理: 負責處理票務、解答有關票務查詢等
義工條件：
-有意報名參加這香港校際合唱節2026的活動，義工必須先按此報名參加1月11日的義工簡報會。
-報名截止日期：2026年1月7日
Description: The Hong Kong Inter-School Choral Festival will present four Signature Concerts in Jan - Feb 2026. We will be inviting 13 outstanding primary and secondary school choirs, 5 community choirs, and 1 Guest Choir of the Year to perform. The aim is to provide exceptional choirs with more performance opportunities, strengthen students’ confidence, enrich their stage experience, and bring high-quality choral concerts to the community, thereby enhancing public recognition of choral arts. Our media partner, RTHK, will broadcast selected performances from these concerts.
Volunteer Roles:
1. Choir Guide: Guide the performing choir teams according to the event performance schedule, including arrival, stage rehearsal, lunch break, performance, and departure.
2. Front of House Liasion: Responsible for front-of-house coordination, such as answering audience inquiries, crowd flow management, etc.
3. Ticketing Usher: Responsible for handling ticketing matters and answering ticketing-related inquiries.
Requirements:
1. Enjoy working with children; knowledge of music is a plus;
2. Crowd-management experience is welcomed.
3. It would be preferred if volunteers are comfortable using WhatsApp for pre-event briefing and on-day logistics communication.
Remarks:
-Volunteers interested in participating in the Hong Kong Inter-School Choral Festival 2026 activities must first register HERE for the volunteer briefing session on January 11.
-Registration Deadline: 7/1/2026

- 有大型活動人群管理經驗
- 活動前及期間，大會希望邀請義工加入 WhatsApp 群組，以便溝通流程等。希望義工熟悉 Whatsapp 的應用，並於手機上下載 WhatsApp。
