Provide logistic & receptionist support for the Sohn Conference
Description: The Sohn Conference Hong Kong is raising funds to support both its Foundation and the Karen Leung Foundation. Your support as a volunteer is crucial to ensuring the event's success and maximising its impact on these important causes.
Volunteer Roles:
Volunteers will perform reception duties during the event day at Asia Society.
Tasks include setting up, greeting, signing in for the guests, and packing materials back to the office at the end of the event.
Dress code: Smart casual, preferably in a dark colour.
Agenda:
Welcome volunteers to select all three sessions to support our events.
